Omar Sultan is a Senior Solution Manager for the Data Center Solutions team in the Cisco Central Marketing Organization. Omar has been at Cisco since 1999 and his current responsibilities center on the Cisco Nexus portfolio of data center switches.
Omar has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry working work for a number of Fortune 500 companies and also owned his own consultancy. Prior to joining Cisco, Omar developed a broad range of experience including data center management, network operations, system engineering, field sales, and business systems analysis. Omar has also been an active CCIE since 1994 (CCIE # 1284).
