Climate Impact Investing Lead
Cisco's Chief Sustainability Office
Jocelyn Matyas serves as the Climate Impact Investing Lead within Cisco's Sustainability Office and Managing Partner for the Cisco Foundation's Regenerative Future Fund. She brings a powerful combination of 10+ years in impact investing, systems thinking, and specialized expertise in climate and sustainable supply chains to design, source, support, and evaluate a $50M early-stage climate tech portfolio. Jocelyn is deeply committed to leveraging (and challenging the status quo of) innovation and investment to create a positive impact, focusing on environmental protection, community resilience, and inclusive economic growth. Before joining Cisco, her innovative work across the APAC region explored how finance as a tool could drive the circular economy, combat plastic pollution, champion women’s economic empowerment, and scale sustainable supply chains.
Jocelyn holds a Certificate from the University of Cambridge and a Master's from the Institute of Development Studies (IDS) at the University of Sussex as well as a Bachelor's in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. She regularly shares her insights as a guest lecturer on impact investing and sustainable finance at institutions such as UT Austin and St. Edward's University as well as at investor and climate forums worldwide.
