Robert Aldrich is the Principal Solutions Architect for Cisco’s Efficiency Assurance Program and Data Center Advanced Services. Rob joined Cisco after spending ten years in facilities design, deployment and management. Rob has designed IP-enabled power and cooling architectures for more than twenty enterprise class data centers in North America and the Asia Pacific region. He is currently focused on working with customers, partners and Cisco engineering to develop new solutions to global energy challenges. His degree is in Environmental Sciences.
Published works include Kyoto Planet’s Sustainable Enterprise Report 2007, Cisco: Energy Efficient Data Center Solutions and Best Practices White Paper, Facilities Considerations for the Data Center White Paper, Efficiency Assurance Program Program and Solutions Overview Brief.
