Autumn Truong
New Media Communications Manager
Autumn Truong is the Social Media Manager for Cisco’s Corporate Communications organization. She leads the development and execution of Cisco’s virtual worlds and social media communications strategy. In addition, Ms. Truong is involved in Cisco’s overall blogging and online communications efforts.
Previously, Ms. Truong was the Public Relations Manager at EMC Corporation, where she was responsible for driving the communications strategy for the Content Management & Archiving software business. She also developed and lead EMC’s corporate PR program to drive awareness for EMC as a a leading software company in Silicon Valley which included media relations, executive thought leadership and community relations. Prior to EMC, Autumn was at Edelman Public Relations Worldwide, where she lead successful PR campaigns for accounts such as Veritas (now Symantec) and Tibco.
When she’s not contemplating the “next best thing” in new media, Autumn enjoys reading, outdoor activities and good music.
