Only one more week until Cisco Live in Barcelona, the place where IT superheroes unite. If you’re heading there, it’s time to plan how to get the most out of the event.

And there’s plenty to get excited about. Wherever you are on your digital journey, we’ve got opportunities to learn, network and collaborate to help you make your next steps with confidence.

Here are my eight “Don’t Miss” Services things-to-do:

1) Attend the Innovation Showcase Talk with Joe Cozzolino

Join Cisco Services Senior Vice President Joe Cozzolino as he presents the results of Cisco’s European survey of IT and business executives in the light of complex emerging technologies including predictive analytics, artificial intelligence, and automation. He’ll examine the major priorities and obstacles faced by IT departments as they embrace digital business transformation.

Wednesday, 31 January at 13:20 – add it to your schedule here.

2) Visit the Cisco Services Zone

Get a “hands-on” look at ground-breaking tools that will help you automate product support functions, manage your Cisco inventory, connect devices to the Cisco TAC for proactive support, and engage with peers. Our enterprise architects and IT experts will also be onsite to talk about High-value Services and the innovations to software, multivendor, and network-level support that will help you adopt new IT solutions.

Stop by the two Services locations in the World of Solutions

3) Check out the Services games room

Check out six different “service-themed” games in our Services booth games room, including the Cisco Solution Support Kingpin game where you can knock out digital network issues. Play five games and you’ll be entered into a daily draw to win a GoPro. New this year is the Mars Challenge, which you’ll find on your way in to the World of Solutions.

Step up to the challenge on the Cisco Services Booth and at the entrance to the World of Solutions

4) Talk to a TAC engineer…and more

Interact with the best and brightest members of our Technical Services and Learning@Cisco teams. Check out a technical seminar or drop in on a self-paced lab. Visit the Technical Solutions Clinic in the Hub to consult with TAC engineers on your toughest challenges and discover new solutions. No appointment necessary – just drop in.
