What’s New: 

  • Webex Work bundle: The Webex Work Bundle offer provides customers with Calling, Messaging, and Meetings all at an affordable price point. Designed for customers with 1,000 users or less, this bundle is easy to purchase, set up, and support, while providing flexibility through a utility model for both committed and non-committed named user counts. This bundle is currently available in the US only and will be rolled out to other countries where Webex Calling is available. To sell the bundle, partners must be Collaboration SaaS Authorized so now is a great time to consider the benefits and requirements of this authorization if you haven’t already!   
  • Lifecycle Incentives: Drive more value with your customers and help them achieve their business objectives faster by activating the modern Meetings experience and Meetings foundational settings in Control Hub. The Lifecycle Incentives Program now includes the Webex Work bundle offering participating partners rewards as they drive adoption.  
  • Future of Work Thought Leadership Portal, Livestream Event and Maturity Index: Starting May 11th, we are kicking off a 5-day series of one-hour virtual learning sessions with industry experts to help customers create a vision for the future of work. We will also be unveiling our new Future of Work Portal and the Workplace Maturity Assessment Tool to help customers  understand the maturity of their workplace. Invite your customers to the livestream event and to take advantage of the new portal and tools available to help them along their transformation journey.
