It’s official. Cisco Rewards is now Seller Rewards.

It’s a great time to lead together at Cisco! As you know, we have been evolving our Partner Programs over the last couple of years to improve your ease of doing business with Cisco and enhance your business value exchange, and I’m thrilled to announce that we are continuing that effort with a completely new Seller Rewards program.
Replacing the Cisco Rewards program, Seller Rewards puts more control in your hands—you decide what program benefits are best for your sellers! This program provides greater flexibility for you to manage the participation and rewards available to your Account Managers and Sales/System Engineers.
The more challenges completed, the more rewards earned!
Challenge incentives are created by Cisco to help Sellers increase their commercial sales, deal sizes, Migration Incentive Program usage and more. They are designed to help you align your business goals with our goals, making it easier for Sellers to earn rewards. Initially available in the Americas only, participants who successfully engage and complete Sales Challenges earn reward points that can be redeemed for high-end merchandise, great experiences, gift/cash cards and more from the Seller Rewards catalog.
Additionally, Activity Challenges for general participation—or those created by you specifically for your Sellers, based on what’s right for your business—can also be completed to earn rewards. Activity Challenges are intended to motivate and provide rewards for competing and completing activities such as:
- Meeting certain bookings and architectural sales goals
- Obtaining program enrollment targets
- Satisfying training requirements on SalesConnect
- Reaching one of the top three ranks in a leaderboard
Participants earn reward tickets that can be redeemed for entries into our monthly and quarterly grand prize drawings for gift cards or other high-quality prizes. The specific redemptions for both Sales and Activity Challenges can vary by country and region.
Not only that, but Seller Rewards is one of the incentive programs included in our new one-time enrollment. Any Partner who has enrolled in the Channel Partner Incentive Agreement in PPE will be automatically enrolled into this program at the company level. Once you’re enrolled at the company level, your Sellers will receive an email invitation to individually enroll in Seller Rewards.
