I am incredibly excited to head to Cisco Live 2026 in Las Vegas in just a couple of weeks! From May 31st through June 4th, Cisco Customer Experience (CX) is turning the spotlight on the future of CX, and we want to share that with you. This year feels different. We’re moving beyond just talking about the AI era and really demonstrating how CX is the engine driving our customers’ success in this new landscape.
I’ve been looking forward to this event for months, and I can’t wait to see the energy on the floor. Whether you’re a long-time attendee or joining us for the first time, this is going to be a special week.

Hear from Our Customers – There’s nothing more powerful than hearing about real-world impact directly from the people using our technology every day. I’m particularly thrilled that Scott Malone from GEODIS and John Hoenemier from GlobalFoundries will be joining us on stage during Liz Centoni’s keynote on Wednesday “From Agentic Vision to Enterprise Reality.” They have incredible stories to share, and I know you’ll find their insights as inspiring as I do.
Attend our CX Sessions including my center stage session “The Agentic Shift: Future-Proofing Your Enterprise with Cisco IQ” with Carlos Pereira. We also have six different product or strategy (PSO) sessions you can register to attend including Preparing for the Quantum Eria PQC Readiness Assessments with Cisco IQ, which I’ll be hosting with Bhaskar Jayakrishnan.
Experience the Showcase – If you want to get hands-on, the Cisco Showcase is the place to be. We’ll have 12 different Cisco Customer Experience demos covering our latest services, and you’ll have the chance to experience Cisco IQ for yourself at our interactive touchscreen wall. Our experts will be right there with you to answer questions and chat about what’s next for your specific environment.
The CX Connections Lounge
Want to connect with our subject matter experts or CX executives? You can book a meeting in advance by reaching out to your account teams and asking them to reserve time with one of our SMEs or executives for some one-on-one insight while you’re there. You may also be able to book a meeting onsite by stopping by the CX Connections Lounge welcome desk to inquire about availability.
We’ve also made sure there’s plenty of fun to be had, so stop by to test your pickleball skills at our virtual CX Pickleball Challenge or enter “The Ultimate CX AI Sweepstakes” for a chance to win a fantastic AI-inspired gaming prize package. Celebrating Excellence – Finally, make sure to mark your calendars for June 3rd at 4:30 PM. We’ll be holding the Customer Achievement Awards, and it’s always one of my favorite moments of the week. We get to celebrate the customers who are setting the standard, and it’s a wonderful way to recognize the hard work and innovation happening across our community.
