Yash Sheth heads Engineering and Research for Cisco’s AI Resilience business. He was previously Co-founder, CTO of Galileo which was recently acquired by Cisco. At Cisco, Yash leads core engineering for Splunk Agent Observability and drives LLM / SLM research efforts across Agents Evals, guardrails and recursive auto-improving algorithms for AI-powered applications. Prior to founding Galileo, Yash spent a decade at Google, leading their Speech Recognition and Conversational AI platform. Since being a founding engineer for the Google Assistant, Yash has led some of the industry’s foundational innovations to scale conversational AI models across Google’s product portfolio.
