Viraj Nagarmunoli

Viraj is a Senior Leader in Security Services Product Management at Cisco, part of the Customer Experience (CX) organization. He’s passionate about building next-generation security services that are personalized, predictive, and proactive, combining the power of AI and human expertise to help customers confidently achieve their security goals. He leads the service strategy and development for Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Security Service Edge (SSE) domains, supporting a portfolio of key Cisco security products—including Duo, ISE, User Protection Suite, Cisco Secure Access, Umbrella, and Secure Client. His work focuses on delivering high-impact, premium services that drive adoption and deliver meaningful customer outcomes. As part of this strategy, Viraj is responsible for building and maintaining delivery practices across technical services, professional services, managed services, and customer success, ensuring Cisco’s offerings are scalable, outcome-driven, and aligned with evolving customer needs. Throughout his career at Cisco, Viraj has held several key roles across technical consulting, escalations, and security architecture—including Security Consulting Engineer, Technical Leader in Cisco TAC, and Lead Security Solutions Architect. He has led critical Zero Trust deployments, resolved complex, high-stakes escalations, and helped customers optimize and scale their security infrastructures. Viraj is also a published author on Cisco.com and a featured speaker at leading industry events such as Cisco Live and the RSA Conference, where he shares insights on evolving security challenges and the value of service-led solutions. In his current role, he continues to shape Cisco’s CX security portfolio—designing services that accelerate customer success, enable faster adoption of IAM and SSE technologies, and keep pace with the ever-changing cybersecurity landscape.
