Usha Andra is a senior product marketing leader with over 20 years of experience driving product marketing and more recently focused on innovation in Cloud, Data Center, and AI Networking. At Cisco, she leads outbound marketing and go-to-market strategies for the Cisco Nexus Dashboard, high-performance Nexus switching for 400G/800G, and the Cisco One Fabric experience across NX-OS VXLAN EVPN and Cisco ACI fabrics. Usha has also spearheaded the launches of the N9100 series switches with Spectrum X Ethernet silicon, Cisco’s 800G portfolio, and Nexus Hyperfabric, while advancing the fusing of security in networking through Cisco Nexus Smart Switches. She also collaborates with leading GPU vendors to market Cisco’s validated offerings with AI and modern data center network workloads. Previously, Usha was part of the CRS-3 and ASR9K marketing launch team in Cisco’s Service Provider group and led analytical efforts like the Cisco Annual Internet Report and Visual Networking Index (VNI), shaping global thought leadership. She has successfully led product marketing teams, driving strategic messaging and customer engagement across Cisco’s portfolio. Usha holds an MBA and a BSEE, blending technical expertise with business acumen. She also teaches marketing and strategy as an adjunct faculty member at San Jose State University and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
