Tripta is the Product and Strategy leader in Cisco's Engineering Sustainability Office and Engineering Alliances team. She works with engineering teams to define and integrate power, cooling and energy management solutions into Cisco's long-term product strategy and roadmap across portfolios. These integrated capabilities will serve as a foundation to incubate and scale more energy efficient products that accelerate cost savings and increase top line for its customers and partners.
Prior to this, Tripta led the Go-to-Market and Business Strategy team for Cisco’s Wireless portfolio, where she launched and scaled multiple products to record-breaking growth. Known for her strategic mindset and ability to break down silos, she excels at driving cross-functional alignment, synthesizing customer insights, and leading high-performing teams through complex challenges. She is widely regarded as a trusted customer and partner advocate.
Tripta earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Xavier Institute of Management, Bangalore, India and resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with her family. Her two young spirited and inquisitive children have fueled her passion to help build technology for good and drive purpose driven growth for a brighter future.
