Product Operations
A 25-year veteran at Cisco, Tom Jackson has led teams in a variety of roles and businesses across the company. Tom is a Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations where he is responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle management (PLM) across Cisco’s CSPBU (Computing Systems Business Unit). Tom and his team support new product launches and product transitions through end-of-life. Tom has also held numerous program management and technical roles supporting IoT, Collaboration, Broadband Cable, and Wireless business units.
Outside of product support, Tom has been a part of several key Cisco-wide initiatives in his career, including lead-free, scrum for hardware, and circular economy(currently executive sponsor for circular design). Tom has bachelor’s degrees in electrical and computer engineering from the University of California, Davis.
Tom is a lifelong bay area resident, currently residing in Morgan Hill, California with his wife Jennifer and son Brian.
