Todd Dow is a cybersecurity leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations manage risk, strengthen resilience, and improve security outcomes. As a Solutions Engineer on Cisco's Splunk Security team, he works with customers across industries to modernize security operations, improve threat detection and response capabilities, and strengthen cyber resilience. Throughout his career, Todd has held roles spanning executive leadership, consulting, sales engineering, and offensive security. He has served as CISO for both FirstOntario Credit Union and ArcelorMittal Dofasco and has led initiatives in security operations, vulnerability management, governance, risk management, compliance, and security architecture. Prior to Cisco, Todd was a Sales Engineer at Kenna Security, helping organizations adopt risk-based approaches to vulnerability management before the company's acquisition by Cisco in 2021. Todd holds CISSP, CISA, and PMP certifications and earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religious Studies from the University of Toronto.
