Todd Gingrass, CCI’s cable and media expert, oversees all cable and media solutions within the technology division at CCI. This includes physical plant architecture and maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting, research and design of future techonlogies and solutions and overall video support.
In 1996, when Gingrass joined CCI, he began by learning the outside plant technology and preforming technical field services. Over the years, Gingrass has overseen the creation, development and testing of multivendor technical solutions. He has also managed the advancement of the technical business cases for CCI’s solutions and developed both technical and professional relationships with manufacturers and vendors.
Gingrass has extensive industry experience in IP, Optical Transport (SONET, DWDM), CMTS, IPTV and other Service Provider Technologies and has authored several industry white papers.
Gingrass holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Communications, Electromagnetics and Digital Signal Processing from Michigan Technological University. He has also completed rigorous training courses and earned Cisco and SCTE certifications in areas of design, IP installation and configuration, Optical and CMTS.
