As Principal Engineer and Chief Architect for Enterprise AI/ML Engineering at Cisco Operations, Sujith Joseph leads the strategy and platform behind Cisco’s internal AI assistant. In 2.5 years, he scaled it from a concept to Cisco’s most-used agentic ecosystem, now handling 150,000 - 250,000 employee interactions per business day. A 21-year veteran of the Cisco Search team, Sujith also steers the core GenAI platform delivering LLM services, RAG-as-a-Service, and Enterprise Search-as-a-Service to 4,300+ internal teams, processing 236M+ LLM requests and ~1T tokens annually.
