I am the Director for Global Virtual Sales in Southern Europe, based out in Lyon, France. In my current role, I am in charge of mid-market customer acquisition and growth, working with a team of talented sellers and leaders in South Europe, all the way from Portugal to Israel. I was born and raised in Paris and moved to Lyon in 2004, after few years in San Jose, California and Amsterdam, where I started my Cisco career as a fresh graduate. The initial goal was to stay only a year in Lyon but the food is too good and the ski slopes are too close to go back to Paris... I am passionate about sales and people development. I was able to put these priorities into practice as lead of the Cisco Graduate Program (also called CSAP) during the 7 years before my current position. I hired and trained hundreds of graduates who are now talented account executives and sales leaders in the IT world. On top of my daily job, I spend my free time volunteering as a paramedic and coastguard. I often jump right away from the Friday forecast call to an ambulance at the Paris Fire Department for a week-end shift.
