With a career spanning close to 30 years in the technology sector, Stephen has enjoyed success in Siemens, IBM and now NTT Data. After 6 years of running NTT Ltd (then under the Dimension Data brand), Stephen transitioned into a UK&I role, leading Managed Services, Technology Solutions and Consulting. Throughout this time, Stephen’s interest in Sustainability grew. Deeply conscious of the dual impact of technology on sustainability, both as an enabler and as a significant source of carbon emissions. After starting up a UKI cross functional Sustainability Tribe, an opportunity to lead Sustainability Solutions for Europe emerged. In late 2023, Stephen joined the newly formed Global Sustainability Business function. Over the past 18 months, the team has focused on accelerating the impact of the NTT Data ICT Carbon Calculator, Carbon reporting capabilities, and Circularity in IT. Key to this role is partnership, with Circularity being a shared purpose of both Cisco and NTT.
