Shaina Tamburr leads the CX Programs team, driving cross-domain programs that simplify lifecycle services and deliver faster time to value for Cisco customers and partners. She is recognized for her ability to drive large cross-functional initiatives, defining and standardizing best practices and processes that support data-driven insights and accelerated outcomes.
Shaina has a passion for operational rigor and governance that drive successful results, building a strong track record in her 16 years at Cisco. She was instrumental in setting foundations for the CX Centers business, standardizing and optimizing how people and processes engage, operate, and align to elevate the customer experience. She led Operations for Cisco Managed Services and worked in North American Sales and Worldwide Services Sales, creating and overseeing Portfolio Management, Program Management and Business Transformation offices.
A respected team leader, Shaina excels in attracting and mentoring talent, building highly productive, cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver impactful results. She is an active mentor in Cisco’s JUMP Women’s Leadership Program and Connected Black Professionals and an Executive Sponsor for the Early in Career Network in RTP. In addition to a BA in Clinical Psychology and Child Development from Tufts University and MBA from Santa Clara University, she completed the Executive Leadership Program at University of California Berkeley HaaS School of Business and is certified in Portfolio Management through Stanford University.
Shaina lives in North Carolina with her husband and two children and trains, coaches, and competes as an avid CrossFit athlete.
