Surbhi Kaul is the Vice President of Product Management for Cisco’s $14B Customer Experience (CX) organization. With over two decades of leadership in the tech industry, she is recognized for driving large-scale transformation and helping organizations simplify complexity and unlock value through AI, data, and design. In her current role, Surbhi leads the growth and transformation of Cisco’s global services portfolio. Her team integrates intelligence, automation, and predictive insights into every offer—simplifying complexity while delivering outcome-based experiences that anticipate customer needs. Prior to Cisco, Surbhi served as Chief Operations Officer at Nile Secure, where she built AI-powered operational models across delivery, success, and support. Earlier, she held leadership roles at Google, YouTube, Netflix, and Force10 Networks—launching Google Cloud’s first networking products and pioneering AI-driven experiences at YouTube and Google Home. A recognized global voice on responsible and agentic AI, Surbhi frequently speaks at conferences such as TiEcon and IIT Global Connect, sharing insights on enterprise AI transformation and inclusive innovation. She is a strong advocate for women in AI and technology leadership, serving on the national boards of ASEI and the IIT Foundation, leading the 1,800-member IIT AI/ML Forum, and championing Women in Product initiatives. Surbhi holds a B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Kanpur, an M.S. in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, and a General Management credential from Harvard Business School.
