Silma Lange

Silma (she/her) is a communications and community leader with more than a decade of experience in the tech industry. In addition to partnering with leaders to communicate with impact, she is passionate about inclusion, allyship, and leading high-performing teams. In her ten years at Cisco, Silma has held global roles in talent, strategy, and communications. She has contributed to Cisco’s Inclusive Communities as a global and regional leader in the Pride & Allies Community, and a thought leader on new programs, policies, and initiatives. Currently a Communications Leader in Global Services and Software Sales, Silma works with Sales leaders to communicate strategy and resources to dedicated Sales specialists who drive recurring revenue for Cisco. Silma holds a B.S. in Psychology, and an M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from San Jose State University, where she focused on developing effective Global Leadership. Before joining Cisco, she worked as a sales and customer representative in the Service Provider industry.
