IT Customer Strategy and Success
Shyam is an IT analyst in IT Customer Strategy and Success. He joined Cisco in August 2012 when he finished his Bachelor’s degree at Reading University in Applied IT. He is currently working on helping to drive IT presence at Cisco events as well as ensuring effective and consistent communications.
