People and Communities APJC

Born in Taiwan, based in Singapore, and shaped by many cultures along the way, I am a connector at heart. At Cisco, I focus on bringing exceptional talent into the business, but what truly drives me is helping people feel seen, safe, and empowered to thrive. Over the years, I’ve found my deepest purpose through Cisco’s PRIDE ERO. As an openly LGBTQ+ professional, I believe visibility isn’t just about showing up, but it’s about reaching out. Whether I’m mentoring, running mental wellness sessions, or hosting reflective conversations, I aim to make space for others to be fully themselves. I care deeply about emotional agility, inclusive leadership, and helping colleagues navigate mid-career crossroads with courage. Outside of work, I volunteer and continue to explore how mental health, purpose, and identity intersect in both corporate and personal growth. I’m most energized when I’m building bridges - between teams, between values and actions, and between who we are and who we’re becoming. Cisco has been the place where I’ve grown not just as a professional, but as a person.
