Shane joined Cisco in 2006 after spending three years building up and eventually selling an IT training company in Australia. During the fourteen years at Cisco, Shane has worked in a variety of roles, spanning two continents across Channels, Enterprise sales with a heavy focus on mining engineering, construction and real estate verticals and more recently, Service Providers. In the four years Shane has been with Cisco Meraki, Shane has been focused on positioning Meraki as the platform of choice for Service Providers to deliver highly scalable, profitable and innovative managed services to joint customers. Shane was responsible for building and leading the Service Provider business across EMEA achieving 200% growth and as of August 2019 has been leading the Global Service Provider business for Meraki. Outside of work, when not traveling, Shane enjoys spending his time with his wife and three daughters, supporting the Wallabies in Rugby, playing the occasional round of golf and is a qualified World BBQ Association judge.
