Sabina Chaudhuri, Miss Silicon Valley, is an avid traveler, pet lover, and knowledge seeker of business and philanthropy. Currently, she is employed at Cisco Systems supporting Business Strategy in Global Infrastructure-IT. In her role, she provides thought leadership and contributes to developing new methods, techniques and criteria while collaborating cross functionally to align strategy and direction with corporate and divisional approaches. She is part of Cisco's Early Career Leadership Team, Connected Women, and a semi-finalist in the Innovate Everywhere Challenge at Cisco. Sabina serves as the Director of the Miss CEO Ambassador Program, where she works with young girls ages 12-18 throughout the country to develop leadership skills, provide mentorship and career exploration opportunities so they can be the driving force for change for future generations. She also volunteers her time with Olimpico Learning, an afterschool robotics program in underserved communities, and the Crayon Initiative, take unwanted crayons, remanufactures them, and provides them to hospitals that are caring for our kids. She earned her B.S. in Managerial Economics, Minor in Education, and Emphasis in Computer Science from the University of California Davis in 2015 and is pursuing a Business Analytics Certification from The Wharton School-University of Pennsylvania. She will be competing for the title of Miss California in June on the platform- Raise Your Voice: Women Empowerment where she encourages everyone within the community to empower each other to create a unified voice. She coined the term "Crownmunity" that symbolizes equality, collaboration, and disrupting the idea of the crown just focusing on outer beauty, but inner beauty as well. Through this, she spotlights individuals who wear this invisible crown and are following their passions.
