Carmen is a seasoned leader with a decade-long tenure at Cisco. Hailing from Mexico City and now based in Chicago, Carmen holds an MBA and a background in Electronic and Computer Engineering. With a passion for maximizing potential, she blends technical expertise from her support engineering days with a strategic business mindset. Beyond the professional realm, Carmen is passionate about helping girls and women to progress in their careers, especially in the STEM world. She enjoys family life with her husband and two furry Corgi companions and finds joy playing PokemonGo. Her current hobby is running and she's training for the Chicago Marathon while raising funds for a charity Girls On The Run.
