Romie Castelli

Romie Castelli is Senior Managing Director for Cisco Capital Americas. He is currently responsible for Cisco Capital's Americas sales organization where he leads a team of business development and sales professionals advising customers and partners, supporting six theaters including Service Provider, Canada, Latin America, U.S. Commercial, U.S. Public Sector, and the Global Enterprise Segment. He has been with Cisco since 2013. Prior his current role, he led Cisco Capital's Service Provider business in the United States, Canada, and Latin America where he was responsible for the customer and partner engagement across the Telco/Mobile, Cable/Media, Territory, and Web verticals. Romie is a dynamic leader with over 25 years of experience managing complex selling environments with a deep knowledge of financial structuring, payment options, life cycle management, software solutions, consumption, and recurring revenue models, and is passionate about leading change and developing teams in evolving fast-paced markets. Romie holds a B.S. in Management from The University of Dayton.
