Rodrigo Linhares is an Industrial IoT Sales Leader for Latin America with more than 30 years of experience in networking, industrial digitalization, and technology-driven business transformation. Since joining Cisco in 1995 as a Systems Engineer, he has held a variety of technical and leadership roles across the organization. Since 2018, Rodrigo has focused on Industrial IoT, partnering with leading companies in mining, manufacturing, energy, transportation, and other heavy industries throughout Latin America. His work helps organizations accelerate digital transformation initiatives, modernize industrial networks, strengthen cybersecurity, and build the connectivity foundation required to unlock the value of AI-powered operations. Rodrigo holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ) and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and other leading institutions. He is passionate about the intersection of industrial operations, secure networking, and artificial intelligence, helping organizations bridge the gap between operational technology and business outcomes.
