Richard Wall is a Customer Support Engineer on the Enterprise Route and Switch team at the Global TAC based out of RTP.
Richard is a US Army Veteran of 16 years where he spent the majority of his career at Ft. Bragg, NC. Richard has spent his military career as Infantry, Aviation and Signal. Upon transition from the military he was accepted into the VTIP (Veterans Talent Incubation Program) at Cisco. The program is geared towards assisting veterans who have a passion for technology break into the corporate atmosphere.
Richard is very active in the Veterans ERO and has a passion for helping any Veteran who seeks advice on how to transition to the corporate world. He also has been volunteering his time assisting new VTIP candidates in successfully transition from boots to business!
Richard enjoys his time traveling between the beach in the summer and mountains in the winter with his 2 dogs, a German Shepherd named Liberty and a Pomeranian named Lancer. He has participated in both the Warrior Games and Valor Games in swimming and archery.
