Rhonda is a Senior Director within the Cisco Global Partner Organization reporting to Nick Holden, VP, Global Strategic Partner Organization. Rhonda leads a portfolio of Cisco’s largest global systems integrators (GSI) with a focus on accelerating digital transformation. Her team shares a vision with these GSI partners to drive growth and competitive advantage for their joint customers. Cisco and its GSI partners deliver advanced technology solutions and managed services to help clients transform their IT infrastructures.
Other leadership roles Rhonda has held within Cisco include managing the Cisco Public Sector Partner Organization and leading the Cisco partnership with IBM, Accenture, and EMC. Rhonda has consistently driven Cisco partner engagement across public and private sector clients, delivering measurable business outcomes and revenue growth.
Prior to joining Cisco, Rhonda held sales, service, and operations positions at AT&T and Lucent Technologies. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from the American University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Maryland, and has completed executive leadership training at the University of North Carolina. Outside of Cisco, Rhonda enjoys time with her family and travel, and she dedicates time to coaching and mentoring EIC professionals.
