Rebeca De La Vega

Digital Impact Office, Latin America and the Caribbean

Rebeca De La Vega is the Director for the Digital Impact Office in Latin America and the Caribbean at Cisco Systems. In this role, Rebeca oversees the Cisco Networking Academy and the Country Digital Acceleration (CDA) programs in the region. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the impact of these initiatives. Prior to Cisco, she held roles with different federal agencies in Mexico leading social communication areas as well as policy and regulation formulation. Rebeca also held roles in the private sector and served as a university professor. Rebeca holds a Master's in Business Administration with a marketing specialty and a Bachelor´s in Communication from the Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, as well as additional studies in public administration from the Institute for Public Administration in Mexico.
