Rado Pavelko joined Cisco in 2014 as TAC manager for Collaboration Technologies. As he moved to lead EMEAR High Touch Technical Support Team, he has increased his scope of support with Cisco Security. Since 2019, Rado is a member of the Security Business Group responsible for Secure Firewall products. He leads a group of Technical Marketing Engineers. Prior to Cisco, Rado worked in AT&T as an engineer and later on as a manager of engineering teams delivering managed network services. This year he is celebrating 15 years in IT and Networking.
