Customer Experience (CX)
Hi!
This is Rana, an Egyptian living in Poland.
I’m passionate about connecting people, ideas, and technology to create impactful solutions that serve a good cause. With a fascination for automation, a horizontal knowledge, and a genuine love for helping others, I strive to make complex systems simple and approachable.
My career is defined by these pillars:
• Automate and innovate.
• Inspire.
• Be authentic.
In customer-facing roles, I thrive on building strong relationships, earning trust through transparency, good listening and tailoring solutions to meet unique needs.
Honesty is at the core of my work—I believe that being myself, without filters, while maintaining professionalism, creates stronger, more meaningful connections.
That is my secret for winning awards such as IBM Client and Partner Success Award and Cisco Sales Champion award.
Whether leading technical conversations, designing automated solutions, or simply sharing knowledge, I’m here to create value, motivate others, and learn something new every day.
I have a Bsc. Degree in Engineering IET Networking major from the German University in Cairo. I worked as a technical support Engineer, a Linux Engineer, I also do in my current role a bit of everything; customer success, demos, presentations, writing technical documentations, sharing knowledge and networking automation via APIs and Python.
My personal interests also include reading and writing about philosophical issues, drawing portraits and listening to music non stop.
