As the head of Cisco Learning and Certifications Business Development, Peg oversees the expansion of Cisco’s Global training and certification programs. With a distinguished executive background at top-tier companies like Cisco, Apple, SAP, and Amazon, Peg has a proven track record of contributing to market dominance. Her strategic contributions at startups such as Octel, Webex, and SuccessFactors were pivotal in their eventual successful acquisitions. Dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities, Peg is committed to fostering resilience and self-worth, which she believes are essential for competitive participation in the workforce. Her goal is to ensure equitable career opportunities for people of all abilities. Peg is actively involved with several organizations that share her mission, serving as a Board Member at the Bobby Dodd Institute and previously at the National Ability Center as well as serving on the Executive Steering Committee for the Bridge Academy. A proud alumna of The Pennsylvania State University, Peg is an avid college football fan. Her love for the outdoors extends to her practice of natural horsemanship, where she trains her horses-Red Cloud (RC), Stitches, Catalina, and Casper-to potentially serve as therapy animals for children with disabilities. Alongside her partner Tom, Peg enjoys life on their equestrian farm located in the scenic North Georgia Mountains. As the parents of four adult children, they instill a strong sense of community service and the importance of giving back."
