Under his leadership, Prasad is transforming adoption of New Solutions by ecosystem governance, providing 360-degree customer insights and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Prasad has more than 25 years of leadership experience in a variety of areas including Software, Services, Networking and Hardware. Prasad has led many Engineering and Customer Sucess teams, developed advanced technology products/solutions, simplified complex business issues, driven large scale transformations, strengthened stakeholder alliances and built collaborative cross-functional teams. A strong customer advocate, strategist, business driver, and change agent, he is adept at anticipating problems, averting crisis situations, and implementing creative solutions to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations. He brings a rare blend of strong engineering background coupled with customer success obsession to help achieve business results. Prasad joined Cisco as a Software Engineer, then grew to leadership roles at Cisco in Enterprise and Service Provider lines of business. Prasad has 6 US patents to his credit. He holds an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Clemson University.
