Paula Dowdy leads Cisco’s global Cloud, Software and Managed Services sales organisation, which is part the Cloud and Managed Services Organization (CMSO) formed in mid 2014. As a senior leader in this team, Paula is helping to drive Cisco’s Intercloud vision, strategy and execution that will propel Cisco to the next level of profitable growth.She joined Cisco 18 years ago in her native California, and has spent the majority of her career in Europe. She has held numerous senior sales positions leading Cisco product and services businesses for virtually all customer segments. Most recently, Paula led the Services EMEAR sales team where she created and delivered on a regional strategy that yielded profitable growth across more than 120 countries. She is known for her focus on customer transformation and partner centricity.Paula is also known for her leadership, insight and execution, and has a strong track record of delivering customer and partner success. She plays a key role promoting Cisco’s Intercloud strategy, with a focus on sales of managed services, software solutions and cloud services. Her team engages with hundreds of business leaders in all our customers segments to help them transform, scale and succeed with Cisco’s innovative software, services and solutions.She is passionate about creating value through innovation and business-aligned technology. During her successful career, Paula has played a key role in helping Cisco transform businesses, cultures and societies. Paula is an active ambassador for inclusion and believes in the true power of diverse teams.Paula holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA from the University of California, Berkeley. She lives in London with her husband and three children and enjoys horse riding, skiing and tennis.
