Patricia holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil; a M.Sc. in Telecommunications Management from the University of Maryland University College as well as a MBA in Marketing and Operations Management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
