Pat Patterson is the Solutions Marketing Advanced Services Leader for Cisco’s Customer Experience Organization. In this role Pat focuses on helping customers leverage Cisco’s services to accelerate business outcomes and maximize the value of their technology investment. Throughout his career Pat has gained experience in the security, cloud, network, software and collaboration solutions market segments. His expertise encompasses strategic planning, marketing, product/service/software development and management. Prior to Cisco Pat has held leadership roles at Avaya, Nortel Networks, NeoNova Network Services, and IBM. Pat holds several security and service certifications as well as an M. B. A. from the University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flager Business School; a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law; and B.S.in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
