Muhammad Omar Ramzan

I have a vast background in technology and 20 years of industry experience. My professional journey began as an Engineer in a critical role in the aviation industry, where I spent 5 years working with a leading global organization in air transport communications and information technology. In 2010, I joined Cisco Systems Advanced Services as part of the UAE's Service Provider team, where I contributed to numerous projects and supported local service providers. Beyond project implementation, I was also involved with Cisco's NOS team, working on various assignments. I later joined the CCIE team in 2014, where I oversaw CCIE Lab operations in Dubai as a CCIE lab Proctor and led the revamp of CCIE operations and delivery infrastructure with my innovative ideas. Currently, I manage and oversee the CCIE Service Provider Exam Program. Additionally, I was part of the CCIE Virtual/Augmented Reality Project team, and I am passionate about emerging technologies.
