Nick Armstrong is a Solutions Engineer Leader at Cisco Systems, Inc. where he takes a systems-thinking approach to solve customer problems. He works with customers to help develop enterprise solutions, detailed planning documents, and financial models to aid in out-year planning. He previously served as a Sergeant of Marines at the Marine Special Operations Command (MARSOC) where he specialized in electronics repair, tactical satellite, and field-command post IT support systems. He worked in government IT contracting for more than a decade designing, deploying, and supporting executive communications. He holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from the George Washington University school of Engineering & Applied Science.
