Nazee Hoglund

Nazanin Hoglund (“Nazee”) is Senior Director, Cloud Security Product Management at Cisco Security Business Group, responsible for leading the Cloud Security product portfolio—one of Cisco Secure’s fast-growth security businesses. In this role, she oversees the development of market-leading cloud security capabilities that serve customers’ increasing security needs. With a team of distinguished engineers and product managers, Nazee also manages Cisco Secure’s current cloud security portfolio (Cisco Umbrella, Cisco Secure Internet Gateway (SIG), Cisco Web Security Appliance (WSA), and Cisco Cloudlock). Nazee is resolute in delivering value wherever customers are on their journey to the cloud, including secure connectivity as a service, improved scale, and a simplified security experience. With deep experience in product management and marketing, Nazee spent more than two decades at McAfee, Johnson Controls, Intel, and Motorola. With a steadfast focus on customer outcomes and a positive team culture, Nazee’s leadership style emphasizes respect and encourages diverse thinking. With the belief that “happy teams create happy customers,” Nazee has a proven track record of building dedicated teams who deliver innovative solutions that solve customer challenges. Most recently, Nazee led product management at McAfee for Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Extended Detection and Response (XDR), and Platform security products. Working collaboratively with sales and engineering to drive product innovation, Nazee’s team secured leadership position in Gartner’s MQ, increased Net Promoter Score (NPS), and migration to the latest releases. An avid STEM promoter and advocate for growing the careers of women in the technology industry, Nazee is part of the Cisco Women in Technology (WIT) community. In addition, Nazee is on the STEM Advisory Board for Girl Scouts (North East Texas) and Southern Methodist University's Big Data and Analytics team. She is a regular volunteer at the North Texas Food Bank. Nazee holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Engineering from the University of Texas.
