Naveen Elango is a Senior Product Manager in Cisco's AI Software & Platform organization, where he leads product strategy for AgenticOps and AI agent infrastructure — shaping how enterprises build, customize, and operationalize AI agents to transform the way work gets done. His current focus spans agent harness architecture, partner ecosystem integrations, and enabling enterprises to convert organizational knowledge into skilled AI agents. Before joining the AI Platform org, Naveen spent two years as a Product Manager in Cisco's Security organization. Before Cisco, Naveen spent time working as a Quant on Wall Street at Trexquant Investments, building AI algorithms that convert money into more money, and leading advertising tech products at Paytm, one of India's largest fintech platforms. He holds a Master's degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras. Outside of work, he enjoys building with AI coding agents and is a builder at heart.
