Marley Pirochta

As part of Cisco’s Supply Chain Sustainability and Regulatory team, I support our cross-functional efforts across Circular Design, Climate, Human Rights, and Responsible Minerals programs—work that lets me channel my passion for purpose. I first joined Cisco's CX organization in 2022, and Cisco’s “One Cisco, Many Careers” philosophy allowed me to pivot into my current role in the sustainability and human rights space I care about most. My approach to life and work could best be described as a sampler platter: I thrive at the intersection of various fields, whether in my cross-functional role at Cisco or through my interdisciplinary academic journey at UC Berkeley. When I log off for the day, you can find me on the softball field, at CrossFit, experimenting with ceramics, hiking national parks, surfing (not very well), mentoring with the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization, traveling, or reading horror novels. I’ve always believed that curiosity and a willingness to dive into new experiences are strengths; they’re what keep my work and life dynamic.
