Mohammed Ahmed

Mohammed Ahmed is a Business Development Executive at Cisco where he manages the global strategic partnership with IBM. As part of his responsibilities, Ahmed leads the architecture alignment and Go-To-Market efforts between the two companies for Cyber Security, Internet of Things (IoT), and Collaboration. He has led the development and delivery of various transformational solutions between the two companies. Prior to joining Cisco, Ahmed spent over a decade defining, building, and selling industry-leading hardware products and integrated solutions at various Tier-1 VC funded start-ups as well as Vertical Communications, ipVerse/Dialogic, Sentient Networks, and Nortel. During that time, he led a number of startup and high growth teams, building new solutions and business models. As of his career Ahmed has worked in a variety of leadership roles across product management, sales, systems engineering, and business development. Ahmed received a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from California State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Golden Gate University.
