As Senior Manager of Global Public Policy for Cisco Government Affairs, Miranda focuses on connectivity and sustainability policies and issues.
Before joining Cisco, Miranda served as Senior Director of Public Policy at the XR Association—leading public policy, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement in the field of immersive technology. Her earlier endeavors include a consultancy position at Global Counsel, where she advised multinational companies and investors on technology and trade policy. She also advised C-suite executives on U.S. policy and regulation at Deloitte and served as a policy advisor on Capitol Hill for Representative Pat Meehan and the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
Miranda is a San Francisco Bay Area native and graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles with a B.A. in International Relations.
