Mike Rausch

Mike Rausch is a Success Programs Manager in the GES East supporting Mid-Atlantic accounts. Mike's first three years at Cisco were as a Collab CSM supporting GES Northeast accounts. With a customer-first mindset, Mike has been able to deliver measurable outcomes within the high-profile accounts that he supports. Family time is of the utmost importance to Mike. He has seven-year-old Twins Nixon & Neely, and looks forward to all the activities that he can help them with. When not focused on work or family, Mike is an avid runner and golfer. Mike was able to raise nearly thirteen thousand dollars for the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation while running the Boston Marathon in April of '22. MMRF is an important foundation to Mike personally, as his Mother-in-Law was diagnosed with this in 2021. Mike hopes to raise 50k for the MMRF while running each of the Major Marathons.
