Mariely Franzetti

Mariely Bandas-Franzetti is Vice President of Product, Cisco Systems, and is responsible for the Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain- Demand to Deliver, Services- Planning and Logistics, Install Base, Software Delivery and Licensing. Committed to being an advocate and building inclusive teams, Mariely supports programs that empower women in leadership roles across the globe and has been recognized for her operational excellence spanning over two decades at Dell where she supported a $17B services revenue, a team of 60,000+, and operations across 170 countries. Mariely holds multiple manufacturing patents and was recognized as part of the HITEC 100 IT Leaders, noting that this award is given to top Hispanic IT executives for their leadership and achievements in the technology industry and the community. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master of Science in International Logistics from the Industrial Engineering School at Georgia Institute of Technology.
