Micaela Cacho-Negrete

Hi! I'm Micaela, a passionate learner dedicated to empowering others. Currently, I'm in a leadership rotational program at Cisco, where I've helped expand the Networking Academy (18M+ students) and have supported the Strategy, Development, and Design team. I recently became the Chief of Staff in the Office of Accessibility, where I drive strategic projects for inclusive technology. In my free time, I love engaging in the fashion world, traveling, spending time with my family, trying new restaurants, and volunteering with education equity organizations. All in all, I love supporting communities, building initiatives, and helping people achieve their dreams—all while rocking a great outfit.
