Matt leads Cisco's Self-Optimizing Networks (SON) software solution, Small Cell and Universal WiFi sales team in the US and Canada. Prior to joining Cisco, he led teams that sold LTE, CDMA, UMTS & WiMax networks as well as IP/MPLS, optical and microwave networks, billing & IPTV solutions, and professional services to the wireless and wireline carrier market.
In 2010, Matt was awarded the Neko Hamlet Associate Member of the Year award for outstanding contributions that significantly benefited the industry and the Rural Cellular Association. He was elected to Board of Directors for the Rural Cellular Association and selected as an Executive Committee member.
Matt graduated from the US Naval Academy and served 6 years in the US Navy.
