Mark Bagley

Director, Product Management

Mark Bagley is Director of Product Management for Cisco Cloud Web Security (CWS) and leads the PM team responsible for building the cloud-delivered security solution that includes web reputation, application visibility and control, outbreak intelligence and integrates with the advanced threat protection offered by Advanced Malware Protection (AMP) and Cognitive Threat Analytics (CTA).

Bagley’s team, based in California and Europe, oversees the development of this fast-growing portfolio of services from the cloud, and is currently adding key new features to CWS. These include mobile device security, converged management with Cisco’s Web Security Appliances and integration capabilities into SIEM technologies.

Charged with driving the overall growth of the CWS business, Bagley’s background in IT operations and network engineering brings a high level of operational insight into the requirements process for Cloud Security offers, creating new insight into emerging customer problems.

Bagley is a long-term San Francisco Bay Area resident who relishes travel and has spent time living and working throughout the world, including a stint in Asia.
